FRSA’s multi-disciplined Field Service Technicians hold Height Safety Equipment Inspector Certification and can provide on-site inspection and certification of all of your vertical rescue and height safety equipment at your request.
Inspection frequency is dependent on client requirements with many clients preferring annual third-party certification as their own end users carry out quarterly inspections. Others prefer third-party certification on a quarterly or six-monthly basis. Whatever your requirements, FRSA can tailor an inspection regime to suit.
Inspection includes visual verification of in-service dates, as well as stitching and chemical damage checks for webbing products such as harnesses and lanyards. Inspections also include hardware inspection and function testing verifications for hardware such as pulleys, ascenders, descenders, and attachment points.
Once inspected, a certificate is provided in accordance with relevant standards and OEM instructions for your records, ensuring your site is compliant and audit-ready at all times.
